ooooo weeeee... sooo tired but happy... no rest since last tuesday.... physical training at marsiling was a killer... then wednesday was a murderer... ahhahkz.. training with "abg nana" is tough shit man.. ahahhakz.. zz then thurs day got a bit of rest... then friday was back to physical with abg zulfakar ramli... yeash the guy who topped class C in the belgium silat open... saturday was a bit of physical with abg nana then followed by so called selection for ivp... ahhhakz.. results coming next this sat... umm.. then at night was regular training at toa payoh... then sunday was selection for PSK... some silat competition arh... i managed to beat some old timer guy despite my fatigue level... i won 2-1 though... not 3-0... but still i managed to make my parents proud... this victory is for u, mum, for being with me during my trainings, and dad, for sending me to my silat trainings... btw competitions coming up; IVP - July, PSK - August and PSP - November(not sure)....

quite sad actually cos my sis and bro get to participate in seni (artistic) and olahraga (combat)... but i only get to participate in olahraga,.. nvm... gold this year... yeash... that's my target... wanna make mama proud... make papa proud... make mummy proud... make daddy proud... make grandpa proud.. make grandma proud... make everyone proud... ahahakz... yeah my target... i have a feeling if i have this kind of training scehdule, i'll be fitter than superman in half a year man... ahahhakz... aight... back to class...
